In 2023, Bobby, Chad, Doug, and Randy officially founded Timberline with a mission to build thoughtfully crafted farmhouses and Geobarns that honor traditional design while embracing modern innovation. Drawing from their extensive experience on numerous projects, our team has established Timberline as a premier builder of Geobarns in Central Virginia. In 2024, we expanded our capabilities to include advanced construction methods featuring insulated concrete forms (ICF), enabling us to craft homes with structural integrity, energy efficiency, and air quality.
